A clear route for
unused media.
Advertiser media is a prepaid balance for reviewed campaigns. This page describes the route we intend to operate; final terms depend on the legal entity, payment provider, tax records, and campaign agreement.
Unused balance
If a campaign ends with unused media, the advertiser can request a review through the billing contact. We will reconcile reservations, completed minutes, provider events, refunds, and applicable taxes before confirming an amount.
Payment reversals
A provider refund, dispute, or chargeback is reconciled against the relevant payment and ledger records. Completed valid minutes are not silently rewritten; any correction is recorded with a reason and the affected campaign reference.
How to request
Email hello@adbar.lol from the campaign billing contact with the organization name and payment reference. Never send card numbers or bank credentials by email.
